• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the platform

• Share personal data of others without their consent

By posting content on KidSpot, you confirm that you have the right to share it and grant KidSpot a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the platform. You remain the owner of your content.

KidSpot does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted events, places, or activities. Always verify details independently before attending.

All posts are reviewed by the KidSpot team before appearing in the public feed. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any content at our sole discretion, without notice, if it violates these terms or is otherwise inappropriate for a family-focused platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your own account at any time from your profile settings.

KidSpot is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available, error-free, or that any information on it is accurate, complete, or current.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KidSpot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including damages arising from attending events or visiting places listed on the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Alicante.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of KidSpot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
